Open Borrowing is an expansive new program that enables library users from Passaic County to borrow in person at any participating public library in Passaic County, Bergen County, Morris County, Middlesex County, Sussex County, and Warren County. Just get a green sticker on your borrower's card from your home library - to verify your participation and good standing - and have access to materials held by libraries throughout northern New Jersey. Borrow in person, return materials to any participating library.
