FROM ROUTE 46 HEADING EAST

Follow Route 46 East into Clifton (if coming from further West, do not take exit for Route 3). You will encounter a series of three traffic lights on Route 46 East. Stay in the right lane. Route 46 will bear to the left. You will go straight onto Piaget Avenue; the sign reads "Piaget Ave., Main Ave., Botany Village.” Go to next traffic light (two blocks) and turn left into the library parking lot.

 

FROM ROUTE 46 HEADING WEST

Follow Route 46 West over the Passaic River into Clifton. For a short distance, Route 46 will go along the river and then veer West (to the right). Stay in the left lane. At about the time you see a park and a large school on the right hand side, you will come up to a left hand turn lane. Make a left turn onto Fourth Street (there is a nail salon on the right hand corner). Then, make the first left onto Barkley Avenue and your second left onto Third Street. There is a traffic light at Piaget Avenue one block ahead. Proceed straight, directly into the library parking lot.

 

FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY HEADING NORTH

Take Garden State Parkway North to exit 154. This takes you onto Route 46 East. Follow directions from Route 46 East above.

 

FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY HEADING SOUTH

Take Garden State Parkway to exit 154. After heading through tollbooth, stay in right lane, following signs for Grove Street. At the stop sign, make a right turn onto Grove Street. At the end of the street, turn right onto Broad Street and stay to the right.  Take the jug handle turn, staying in the left lane to make a u-turn.  Follow the signs to the entrance ramp for Route 46 East, making a right turn onto the ramp.  Follow the directions from Route 46 East above. 

 

FROM ROUTE 80 EAST AND WEST

Take Route 80 to exit 57, marked Route 19 and Clifton. Follow Route 19 South into Clifton (do not get on Garden State Parkway South), following signs for Route 46. After driving for 2.5 miles, take the jug handle turn on Broad Street and stay in the left lane so you can make a u-turn. Follow signs to entrance ramp for Route 46 East, making a right onto the ramp. Follow directions from Route 46 East above.

 

FROM ROUTE 3 HEADING WEST

Take Route 3 West to Broad Street exit in Clifton. At light at end of ramp, make a left onto Allwood Road. Go to the next light; make a right onto Broad Street. Drive to second light; the second right after the second light is the entrance ramp to Route 46 East. Follow directions from Route 46 East above.

 

FROM NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE HEADING NORTH

Take New Jersey Turnpike North to exit 16W-Route 3. After tollbooth, follow signs for Route 3 West. Follow directions from Route 3 West above.
